Aromatic Paths
Juniper, geranium, mint, rosemary, and wild fennel in the aroma rose, but above all blueberry and mountain pine are the protagonists capable of evoking the scents one breathes in while walking through the paths of the Dolomites surrounding Cortina d’Ampezzo. The total absence of citrus is a peculiar characteristic of Cortina Mountain Gin, not only because it is rare in a landscape where citrus is a wild card in distillation, but because it is functional in perceiving the herbaceous hints and the natural delicacy of the product in a clear, balanced and clean way.
Flavours of the Dolomites
Cortina Mountain Gin
To be consumed in good times and bad. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Democratic and aristocratic at the same time, loved by chefs as well as the general public, by hardened mixers and those who dwell on it sporadically. Eclectic, but with an identity carved in ice.
Cortina ICE Vodka
Cortina Ice Vodka, with an identity “carved in ice,” is made through double distillation from the purest water in the Dolomites. The drink is best enjoyed neat and cold (but not iced) or paired with savory appetizers and marinated vegetables, pickles in particular, fish and smoked meat, or in mixing as a sidekick to great classics and innovative cocktails.
