Our history
Cortina Mountain Gin is the brainchild of Gherardo Manaigo, designed to best portray the aromas and landscape of the World Heritage Dolomites. Handcrafted in “small batch” and tested from June 2021 in a limited edition at the bar of the Hotel “de la Poste,” it has immediately garnered the appreciation of a wide group of admirers, from distributors, to long-standing customers, to bartenders who have been able to test themselves with the unique botanicals that characterize this gin.

More than a Gin
To be consumed in good times and bad. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Democratic and aristocratic at the same time, loved by chefs as well as the general public, by hardened mixers and those who dwell on it sporadically. Eclectic, but with an identity carved in ice.
More than a Vodka
Cortina Ice Vodka, with an identity “carved in ice,” is made through double distillation from the purest water in the Dolomites. The drink is best enjoyed neat and cold (but not iced) or paired with savory appetizers and marinated vegetables, pickles in particular, fish and smoked meat, or in mixing as a sidekick to great classics and innovative cocktails.
This classic gin is truly exceptional, with a fresh citrus aroma and a subtle juniper note. It is versatile for cocktail creation and perfect for a gin and tonic or an elegant martini. Recommended to anyone.
