Our history
Cortina Mountain Gin is the brainchild of Gherardo Manaigo, designed to best portray the aromas and landscape of the World Heritage Dolomites. Handcrafted in “small batch” and tested from June 2021 in a limited edition at the bar of the Hotel “de la Poste,” it has immediately garnered the appreciation of a wide group of admirers, from distributors, to long-standing customers, to bartenders who have been able to test themselves with the unique botanicals that characterize this gin.

«Why does gin have to be reminiscent of the sea, even taking its name in some cases, and not the mountains?», this is the question that led Gherardo Manaigo to decide to invent a new gin. He curated the recipe and also went personally to research the best botanicals that represented the forests and mountains of his beloved Cortina.
